The Art of Eating Right Challenge~
I’ll admit, I could use a little work on eating healthier, but I’m not inspired by the thought of saying adios to batter fried fish tacos and bonjour to legumes. Plus I get bored easily, so I’m reaching out to friends and family to help me compile a list of recipes to live (better) by.
The Art of Eating Right challenge goes like this; every day…
- Take any 2 (or more) items from Frank Jasper’s top 12 list of digestive health foods (see below).
- Add any other items that are gluten free and unprocessed (meaning, anything that isn’t chemically altered through additives such as artificial flavors, colors, fillers, preservatives, etc.), then create a delicious recipe from it.
- Accepted cooking techniques: Baking, Braising, Broiling, Grilling, Poaching, Raw, Sauteing, Steaming and Stir Frying.
